Wood, metal and synthetic exhibit model of a Waco 10 aircraft in dark green with silver wings and horizontal stabilizer paint scheme, with working controls. 1/16 scale. Originally built 1928/29 and repaired/detailed in 1978-79.

Metal - fuselage frames, empennage frames, wing leading and trailing edges, streamline struts, fittings, wheels, cowlings and seats (aluminum), radiator and OX-5 engine (brass). Wood - spars (spruce) ribs (mahogany), stringers and repaired ribs (birch), control sticks (walnut), propeller (5 laminations). Synthetic - wing covering (polyester), tires (vinyl).
