This glove is part of the pair worn an unknown astronaut during training sessions in the Gemini program of the 1960s.
Gemini gloves were constructed of nylon, a strap and buckle adjustment around the wrist and palm, and the red and blue anodized aluminum wrist disconnects. There is a steel palm bar in between the layers of the gloves.
Transferred to the National Air and Space Museum from NASA - Manned Spacecraft Center in 1968
